Warranty and Return Policies
All jewelry items may be returned, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day, cash-back policy, no questions asked. After 15 days, you will receive a merchandise credit.
All pre-owned fine watches carry a warranty for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. If the watch malfunctions within one year from the date of purchase, Rappaport Jewelry Buyers, will repair the defect at no cost to the customer. All work will be done to factory standards and only genuine parts will be used when available. The customer will be responsible for shipping to Rappaport Jewelry Buyers in a secure package via insured carrier. All warranty repairs will be returned to the customer at Rappaport Jewelry Buyers expense. This warranty does not cover external damage or any water damage caused by abuse or neglect.
New/Never Worn Watches The warranty period is extended to two years and all repair work is done in-house where all factory standards and guidelines are meticulously followed. In most cases, our warranty watch repairs take an average of 2-3 weeks. Rappaport Jewelry Buyers is not a factory authorized seller of any watch brand.
Returns
Our goal is to offer you the best condition available in pre-owned watches. We understand it is difficult to buy without personally examining a watch, so we take great care in selecting the watches we offer. Our wish is to be known for selling the finest collection of watches; therefore your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a problem with the watch, we are happy to offer a refund (less shipping costs) on the return of any watch purchase within 3 days of the date you receive your watch. To make the return process smooth, we ask that you follow these guidelines; the product must be in original and unworn condition with all original packaging materials, unmarked warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Before returning an item, please contact us via phone or e-mail to notify us of the return so we can give you the return shipping instructions. The customer will be responsible for shipping to Rappaport Jewelry Buyers in a secure package via insured carrier.

We often offer new or never worn watches at substantial discounts. Frequently jewelers and watch dealers will sell large groups of inventory to raise fund during periods of poor cash flow. We have the financial ability to take advantage of these situations and can often buy at prices lower than dealer cost. Since we are not bound by contract to any watch company, we pass the saving to our customers. Also, we source product in countries with favorable exchange rates and lower factory price structures.

To process an order we need your name, billing/shipping address, contact information (phone number and e-mail) and payment option.
This information is used to set up your account or process your order. There is no selling or sharing with 3rd parties except that which is necessary for processing an order.

Product Availability
We take great care in buying distinctive and exclusive merchandise. The Rappaport jewelry line is very unique. Whereas most retail stores may purchase 30 or more of the same item we typically select unique pieces. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the web site again. Therefore, if you see something on our website you like, other than Rolex or Cartier watches, you may want to act fast. Site Changes
We regularly update our website by adding new merchandise and deleting the items that are no longer available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that something you saw on a previous visit will still be present on our web site when you visit again. We reserve the right to make changes to our web site without prior notice. If you are unable to locate a particular item that caught your attention on a previous visit to our site, please contact us and we'll make every effort to fulfill your requests whenever possible.
Sales Tax
Rappaport Jewelry Buyers is required to collect sales tax for items purchased and delivered within the State of Georgia. We do not collect any sales tax for items that are shipped anywhere else within the USA.
Shipping and Handling
Once your purchase is ready to be shipped, our standard shipping policy is priority overnight UPS, although 2nd day or 3rd day shipping is available.
You will receive your purchase packaged in an elegant gift box.
All orders must be shipped to a street address. No P.O. Box shipments.
A signature is required upon delivery.

How to Prepare a Return
To return a watch or jewelry item to Rappaport Jewelry Buyers, follow our three step process:
1. Your Return Authorization Code - Call 1-770-817-0220, and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on your original invoice and include it in the box you are returning. Keep a copy for your records.
2. Package Your Return - Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and diamond certificate (if applicable). (The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.) For security reasons, address the package to RJB instead of Rappaport Jewelry Buyers. Please do not use the word jewelry on the outside of your package.
3. Insure Your Package - On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
More than $500: Ship your package via FedExฎ, UPSฎ or US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents.
